General Thoughts:
Just wondering how to make better coffees available to your workplace. So I'm looking for ideas. Look for incentives in July.
Lindsey's working on quiche; we'll be serving various types with a side salad soon.
Remodeling work for our enlarged menu is nearly complete in kitchen- James is re-joining our team. Lindsey is home for the summer- so we know you'll enjoy their food craft.
We're replacing that small table that holds the coffee condiments. That should allow us to offer you more coffee choices.
Notice that the roaster room looks different? We're also putting up some blinds to block out the evening sun's glare.
And speaking of Coffee related rooms- we're about half way done remodeling the Green Coffee storage area. This fall we should be offering coffee cuppings.
